Parking cars is one thing, but in Park My Big Rig 2, you have to think on a much greater scale. This time around, you're controlling some large trucks, and that brings its own set of special problems. The most obvious of these is that a truck is much, much larger than a car. That means that its turning circle will be a great deal larger, so you're not going to be able to sneak around those tight corners very easily. The central aim of the game should be quite familiar, though - get the truck into its proper parking space before time runs out.

A point in favor of your attempts to control your rig is that the control setup in this game is a simple one. Just the four cursor keys are used, with up and down adjusting what speed you travel at, and left and right taking care of the steering. It's a good job that you can pick this up quickly, since there are plenty of obstacles strewn around the parking lot, and hitting any one of them will lose you one life. Only when you have completed a level, and parked your truck in the right place, will you be permitted to move on to the next one.

You start off with five lives, and since Park My Big Rig 2 isn't the easiest game around, you're likely to need quite a few of those! Any type of crash will lose you a life, and there are many opportunities to get things horribly wrong. If you're good enough, though, you do have one way of replenishing your life counter - for every 5 levels you finish, the game will award you one further life. It won't help you a lot, but it might just make the difference between failure and success.
