In Valet Parking, you are working as a valet at a good hotel, and you must earn your wages by parking guests' cars for them. The more quickly you can do this, the more money you will earn, so if you're excellent at your job, you can make a good living. There is a time limit in operation, so you can't afford to be too hesitant! However, that doesn't mean that you should rush, because if you scratch any cars, you will have to pay for the damage to be repaired - and the compensation for your customers will be coming out of your own wages!

The controls in this game are slightly different from those in a lot of other parking games, in that you do not simply use the arrow keys to steer the cars that you are parking. Instead, you must master a rather more complex control system. You steer the car by clicking with the mouse on the wheel shown on your dashboard at the bottom of the screen, but changing the speed of your car is done with the A key and the space bar. You also need to remember that D shifts into forward gear, and S into reverse.

Each level's playing area is larger than one screen, so it's a good idea to watch the guide at the beginning of each stage, so that you know exactly where to drive. The parking space you need to use is clearly marked, but you'll notice that there are plenty of other cars parked in the lot that you must avoid. Keep a sharp lookout, and you may spot some famous cars already parked in the lot, such as Herbie the Love Bug. Good luck, and don't crash too much - because if you run out of cash, your employment will be terminated!
